These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of txdigitalgrowth.com (the “Site”), operated by TX Digital Growth (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
TX Digital Growth provides website design, local SEO, Google Business Profile setup, digital marketing, and related services. The Site describes our services for general information only. Any project we take on will be governed by a separate written proposal, agreement, or invoice, which will control if it conflicts with these Terms.
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or obligate either party. Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide, are valid for the period stated in the quote (or 30 days if none is stated), and may change if the project scope changes.
We may build a demo or preview website so you can see a proposed design before you commit. Demo sites remain our property until the project is agreed to and paid for as described in your agreement, and may be taken offline if a project does not move forward.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the Site, submit false or misleading information, send spam through our forms, or use the Site to infringe anyone’s rights.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — belong to TX Digital Growth or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission. Websites shown in our gallery belong to their respective owners and are displayed as examples of our work.
The Site may link to third-party websites, including client websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to deliver great results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue, since these depend on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TX Digital Growth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability for paid services is governed by your service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
